Cai is friendly and approachable. the room is tidy and clean. She let me kept my luggage in my room on my last day while visiting Yungang grottoes. She is also very responsive on Wechat. I dont speak mandarin but translation app helps us communicate. Location- is super convenient ie next to Parksons mall, less than 10 mins walk to Datong wall etc. Highly recommended.

The departure point for one-day tours such as Baotuan Tower, Xuan and Grottoes is nearby. Environment: The house looks exactly like the picture. It is more life-like than a hotel than an apartment inn. It has a washing machine and a small refrigerator, and it is convenient to hang clothes and do laundry. The price-performance ratio is very good. Service: The boss is enthusiastic and honest, and answers all questions. Even when it was very late and the projector could not be adjusted clearly, he even provided remote video guidance.

Moreover, the room for the first two nights was next to the renovated room, and it was non-stop in the second half of the night. I didn't know it at first. The first night there was a dinging sound from time to time all night long, but it was still like this the second night. After staying, I asked to change rooms or check out, only to be told that the building next door was being renovated. They didn't expect that they would be renovating at night, so they were moved to a quadruple room in the building next door. On the third night, I finally slept peacefully. In addition, the so-called front desk sounds like a part-time job with a beauty salon in the building, and no one was there when I went to store my luggage. The hassle of going upstairs and downstairs... not professional and formal at all. Very bad experience
