酒店一大早就喊我退房，給你平台反饋，你電話客服人員説我是提前到店，是可以提前入住的，怎麼就提前到店了，訂房一大早提前辦理了入住，然後一大早就喊客人退房，趕客人走，體驗感這麼差的嗎，還是現在的酒店都是這麼管理的了？平台管理的這麼不到位，嚴肅點來説，這是一介很大的問題，現在怎麼給我解決阿，瞌睡都沒有睡醒就被告知需要退房？你們這樣搞以後哪個還敢在這個平台訂房？
