I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, i was warmly greeted by the friendly front desk staff, who made the check-in process smooth and efficient. They took the time to provide me with all the necessary information about the hotel amenities and even recommended some local attractions to explore, which was a lovely touch. The room was immaculate and very well-appointed, offering a comfortable escape after a long day of travel. The attention to detail was evident, from the cleanliness to the thoughtful extras like complimentary snacks and beverages. Throughout my stay, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. Whether it was the housekeeping team who kept my room spotless or the restaurant staff who served delicious meals with a smile, their commitment to customer service was truly commendable. One evening, i had an issue with the television, and the maintenance team arrived promptly to assist me. They were friendly, professional, and resolved the issue in no time. Overall, my experience at [hotel name] was fantastic, and i can't thank the staff enough for their dedication and hospitality. Best family stay especially if you are traveling with an infant. I was quite anxious for my child while traveling but a big shout out for Mr. Satish saini, Ms. Anuja and Mr, Jagdish for their benevolence and hospitality. They made our stay extremely friendly and peaceful. The rooms are quite spacious and clean, i considered it the best stay in dehradoon. Now comes the exceptional person who helped us beyond our expectations as we both, I and my husband were fasting during our stay, Mr. Arvind came to the rescue when we couldn't find any suitable solution. He provided us vrat ka khana after dinner hours, kudos to him. I am grateful for their service and hospitality.

Terrible Experience at Clarks Inn Express My recent stay on 11th Nov. 2024 at Clarks Inn Express was extremely disappointing. I had ordered a vegetarian meal, but to my shock, non-vegetarian food was served in my room. As a vegetarian, this was not only upsetting but also a serious oversight. When I contacted the restaurant to address the issue, the restaurant manager insisted that the food was vegetarian, despite my clear concerns. I asked him to double-check with the chef, and only then did he casually acknowledge the mistake, stating that the wrong order had been sent and promising to correct it. What was even more frustrating was the lack of accountability or urgency in resolving the issue. The manager did not seem to take the situation seriously, which made the entire experience feel dismissive and unprofessional. For a hotel of this standard, I expected much better attention to detail and customer service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving their staff’s responsiveness and quality control.

Nice place in the middle of city offering comfortable stay and good food. The staff was always smiling and ready to help and that's basically all that is required from a hotel in the middle of the city. All in all worth staying with family or friends No alcohol though

Good food and comfortable stay. Services and staff are very good. Mr. Arvind is very helpful. The location of hotel is easily accessible. Rooms are airy and view from our family suite is awesome. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. Staff behaviour is also very good.
