I stayed for 3 days in hotel rose-mallow. The stay was an average experience, but the food i ordered here was terrible. The chicken wa rotten and the taste of gravy and biryani was horrible. The break fast is also an average experience. When i raised the issue with management they offered me a complimentary recipe which i rejected.

We have booked the hotel almost one month before and payment also done on the same day. But when we tried to check in the hotel people said that there is no booking and the makemytrip booking was already cancel-led without any intimation. When we conducted customer care later they arranged an equivalent hotel named hotel centrum which was so pathetic. Very bad service from makemytrip

An ok hotel to stay if you want to stay around nfc. But the tariff i paid was high to what it offers. Average service and if u want basic facilities hotel then it’s the one for you. Some shortcoming’s i experienced were, tv was for name sake as there was no dish to watch channels on tatasky, bathroom taps were leaking, post too cleaning they did not even replenish coffee or tea sachets and i had to call and ask for it. Early morning had to call several times to reach out to reception. Good part was sleeping area was clean and location is good if anybody wants to be around nfc area.

I liked the Small hotel environment. Friendly staff
I didn't like gap of communication from ******* and hotel. They did not have communication from *******. I had to ask ******* to send the information again and even advise the agreed price of the room to the staff there!!

Thank you for your hospitality! Clean and neat hotel. Nice staff. Delicious food. There are options for European breakfast. But there is a loud noise from the street, and you can hear the neighbours. Nevertheless, for a stop, it is quite possible to consider
