It was a pleasant stay at baidyanath hotel. It enhanced the beauty of deoghar, the peace everywhere is the beauty of this city. The hotel surrounding is peaceful, clean. The room service and food available in hotel are excellent.

Everything was fine except tge service. I have to change bedsgeet and covers myself. I called housekeeping 2 times but they didn't responded efficiently. I mirror light was not working according to price the service was too poor.

Hotel has a single restaurant on terrace which also provides room service. On the day of our journey owing to a holiday weekend our order got delayed by 2 hours owing to restaurant giving priority to external guests. This was very disappointing to us. Upon complaining our order was hurriedly prepared and was quite bad in taste. The staff is inexperienced. Some items on menu like chinese items should never be ordered. Room service requires multiple follow ups. North indian items are decent but depends on your luck.

I traveled ***** with my friends, we found good rating on mm t cos of which we booked this hotel, but the hotel in-house restaurant facilities were pathetic, the waiter served the dish which was not ordered stating that what we ordered were not available on the menu
