The staff are very welcoming, the food was varied however there was a queue for hot dishes, for crux who have the all inclusive soft formula a cafeteria is at your disposal until 11 p.m. to serve hot drinks (Coffees, teas) and cold (Juices and soft drinks). The rooms are clean and the maid service comes every day to do the cleaning. There was entertainment at night. Regarding sports activities, we did aquagym in the swimming pool with a coach, basketball and arrow throwing. There are two swimming pools and a third for small children. For those who want to go to the beach, you have to leave the hotel and walk 3 minutes and there was a party reserved for the Venice Beach hotel.

malgré l’accueil au départ assez froid des personnes à la réception j’ai trouvé par la suite un changement plus sympathique du personnel.
Les 2 femmes femmes après explications ont été plus agréables et souriantes.nourriture pas bonne
La piscine a l’arrière de l’hôtel était propre mais trop bruyante ! En principe prévue pour le calme et les adultes mais tout le contraire ont y trouvé des familles avec enfants ce qui peux gêné si on veut de la tranquille ´.la climatisation fonctionne très bien dans les chambre.
Situation géographique très bien situé, supérette à proximité avec tout le nécessaire.
Les photos chambre et salle de bain du site ne sont pas conforme à la réalités sur place attention ! J’ai trouvé l’hôtel vétuste, le ménage n’est pas fait cheveux parterre saleté poussière.
Aucun matériel dans la salle de bain pas de sèche cheveux pas de produits gel douche ou shampooing pas de coffre fort.
Pas de personnel pour le salon de coiffure donc impossible de se faire coiffer.
Salon esthétique pas terrible, à l’image de l’hôtel verdure aucun confort, rien d’agréable même pour la partie massage.
Mais le personnel ainsi que le responsable du salon esthétique on été très agréable et accueillant.
Pour ma part je n’ai pas payé très cher la nuitée donc sans regret car rapport qualité très prix correct 33e la nuit mais j’ai trouvé la nuitée beaucoup beaucoup plus cher et là ça ne les vaut pas du tout seulement si c’est pour y dormir et sortir de l’hôtel en journée.

Je vois avec l accueil pour annuler la réservation avant le Check in. Nous avions réservé 20 minutes avant il me dit nous n’avions rien encaissé car pas d enregistrement la plateforme vous remboursera
J’appelle la plateforme qui me dit que l hôtel refusé re rembourser la première nuit . Si j’avais su nous serions restés

Nice & decent hotel.
I love my stay, hotel was clean, staff were friendly, food was delicious we enjoyed our time. For the price we payed I would definitely recommend this place.
