During my recent two-night stay at the hotel, I encountered several issues with the afternoon receptionist who was working at the afternoon of 14th October that left me with a very negative impression. On the first day on the 13th I extended my stay, having already scanned the required documents on the 12th (two passports, mine and my wife’s). However, the following day, the receptionist sent a security officer to my room, wrongly assuming that I had an unauthorised visitor. This was both embarrassing and inappropriate, especially considering I was staying with my wife. It’s clear the receptionist didn’t check the system properly to see that both passports were already on file, which caused unnecessary stress. Later, I called reception to politely request extra water, as the room had not been cleaned or restocked. The receptionist confirmed my request, but the water was never sent. This level of service is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I checked out, the receptionist didn’t offer any explanation or apology for the multiple inconveniences I faced. He was unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic courtesy. The overall experience was extremely disappointing, and this receptionist’s behavior has left a lasting negative impression. I strongly recommend management address this issue to prevent future guests from having a similar experience. Based on this, I cannot recommend the hotel and hope steps are taken to improve the service quality
