Everything was going well until the rest of my family arrived late on the 16th, around 11:45 pm.
The receptionist treated them very rudely and ignored their request to take their belongings to the room. He even made fun of them. I was not aware of this until the following day when my family told me about it. I immediately raised a complaint against the receptionist.
I don't wish to stay in a hotel where guests are not treated kindly.
