A lovely stay with a central location within the souq. As I arrived early they allowed me to use their facilities to freshen up. You even get driven around and dropped to the other hotel buildings around the souq.
Ibrahim was very helpful when I checked in and wanted to freshen up and change for Friday prayers.
Our room was very spacious but the only downside was that there wasn’t a window view as such. We didn’t mind as we didn’t spend too much time indoors.

Facilities: There was only one working socket in the whole room, it is recommended to bring a power strip if you stay in the old town hotel. The water in the shower facility can only barely handle a shower, the water is small and the shower head does not work well.
The room you stay in is randomly arranged, not necessarily in which building of this hotel. We happened to stay in the one upstairs of Camal Pen, which is antique and looks old. That is, check in at this address. We actually stayed in another one. Not sure which room is better. The one for breakfast looks more modern.

From check-in to check-out, the front desk and other staff were very considerate, which I appreciated.

The shower in particular was the best. In addition to a normal shower, there was hot water coming out of the wall for a massage, and the shower head on the ceiling made it feel like rain was falling on you. Even though it was just a shower, your whole body felt as if you were immersed in hot water.
The hotel was located in the souk area, so there were many restaurants and shops as soon as you left the hotel, and there was also the souk area subway, so it was very convenient.

Very nice stay in this hotel. It's actually a series of.different hotels in the same souk waqif area and between them they have pretty much everything. Location is superb, certainly for a first time in Doha. Near the Metro too so it's easy to get around.
The staff were extra helpful and eager to please. Any issues we had were resolved quickly.
Possibly the most comfortable bed ever, even better than marriott.
It's a 5 star with a few teething problems, but the friendly staff more than make up for any short comings. Recommended.

The hotel is in a great location, right on the old street, with markets, restaurants and cafes just outside. It's also very close to the Islamic Cultural Museum. The hotel rooms are large enough, fully equipped, and have a strong local flavor. There is an electric car to take you to the restaurant for breakfast, which is a great experience. Five-star recommendation.
