Entertainment everyday was very good, very inclusive, volleyball was a personal favourite, we played every day. Food was lovely tried all the restaurants, lovely view, would definitely come back again, room cleaned everyday to perfection

Lugar donde lo único bueno son las habitaciones. No esta todo incluido, te cobran extra por los tragos de marca y por otros restaurant dentro del complejo. Falta de tragos de calidad, el bar cierra a las 23 según horario, normalmente se queda sin tragos antes. Personal insuficiente en comedor (buffet) y habitaciones. Entretenimiento malo, aburrido; casi no hay actividades y a las 23 hrs se apaga todo incluso el bar se cierra. No vuelvo.

No solucionaron problemas que se presentaron. Entré las 06 PM y las 07:30 PM (hora de la cena), no había posibilidad de conseguir comida, tampoco luego de la 01:00 am. En recepción no solucionaron los problemas y no le hicieron ningún tipo de seguimiento.

Estuvimos en Septiembre y quedamos encantados. Tanto, que volveríamos a repetir. El Hotel está reformado. Tiene un restaurante buffet espectacular que tiene noches temáticas, que le dan más variedad. Además tiene también un italiano y otro dominicano/mexicano, a parte de kioskos, foodtruck, bar piscina y hall. Las habitaciones genial. Las piscinas impresionantes. De hecho lo seleccionamos por la piscina infinita desde la que veíamos el atardecer y la entrada al mar desde ahí para hacer snorkel. Servicio gratis de toallas de piscina y playa. Tiene gym. Que deja toallas y agua. Hay dos playas cerca. Playa Doninicus que te lleva gratis un transporte gratuito pero también se puede ir andando. Y Playa Bayahibe que puedes llegar por un camino dando un paseo. El personal encantador. Todos saludan y muy simpáticos y educados. Desde Viviana que nos atendía para cualquier cosa con mucha profesionalidad, a Mark en recepción, la chica que recibe en el buffet con su sonrisa, y todo el personal en general. El servicio de animación necesita una mejora, actualización y potenciarlo. Sin duda volveríamos en unos años.

The hotel was amazing, food lovely, personally wouldn't eat from the snack van as the twice I did had an upset stomach. The entertainment team were amazing great at getting people to participate in activities young and old personal shout out to Molasses and Coco Chanel,are looking to book for next year 😀

Nuestra habitación mejor de lo previsto. Hermosa y con la mejor vista. Unas goteras cuando llovía fuerte, pero no molestaba. El servicio muy amable, pero tenian la costumbre de derivar a otra persona que nunca llegaba con las cosas. Pero en interacciones directas todo funcionaba. El transfer desde la playa una vez nos dejó plantados al sol casi una hora, porque fue a poner combustible ( digo ..no hay otras horas. Para cargar en el día?) . . Piscinas , bares y restaurants muy lindos. Buen café en bares. Comida variada , eso si, no esperar salmón ahumado en las opciones. El food truck acertado, el buffet de snacks un poco pobre. Igualmente considero una buena propuesta y es muy lindo lugar.
