The hotel facilities are very good. The sanitation is very clean. The environment is very good. The front desk Xiao Deng has good service and is very efficient. He helped to extend the check-out time and is humorous. I will come again next time

I have stayed in Hilton Hotel so many times, but this is the first time I received a call from the front desk lady to upgrade my room and ask what time I will arrive, and turn on the air conditioner for me in advance. This is great, but I didn't want to upgrade the room to a king-size bed room because I was with my wife and children, so I understood it. Then I said that the air conditioner should be turned on in advance. I arrived at the store around 10 pm. The front desk lady might be too tired from overtime. She was a little indifferent. She answered a few questions for each question. She didn't tell me where to have breakfast or what to drink in the refrigerator in the room. She only said that the children's equipment would be delivered after asking. I had to go to the room and make a few more calls to clarify. When I arrived at the room, I thought the air conditioner was turned on, but it was not what I expected. There was no card inserted in the room to get electricity, so why turn on the air conditioner? When I turned it on, I saw that the room temperature was 28 degrees. I hope the store will pay attention to it⚠️ Don't say one thing and do another. Although this is not a big deal, the most important thing for an upgraded hotel 🏨 is the service details. I hope the store can pay attention to it. The breakfast was also messy later. The service staff was seriously insufficient. Many things were gone before 9 o'clock in the morning, and they were not replenished in time.

The hotel is very good. The breakfast is a buffet with a wide variety of dishes and tastes very good. The staff in the western restaurant are very friendly and welcoming. The prices are favorable and the portions are large. The hotel is in a very quiet location with a park behind it. The service provided by Xiao Deng and Xiao Wang at the front desk is very good. I am very satisfied.

The room is clean and the color scheme is what I like. It is consistent with the style of the Hilton I stayed in before in the United States. It is a tasteful hotel👍 Xiao Li and Xiao Wang are considerate, responsive and friendly. As a guest, my experience is very good.
