There are flies flying around, cockroaches, and no towels provided. No coffee mugs or cups. I politely asked the reception to bring them, but the housekeeper didn't bring them. After an hour and a half, they finally brought towels, but only one bath towel. They said they won't be ready until tomorrow morning. What do you mean, one bath towel for two guys? This is not a four-star hotel. Other guests also complained about the lack of towels. You can't trust the number of stars in Dubai hotels! One towel again on the second day. Unbelievable.

The worst hotel I booked on a business trip in Dubai. The bed sheets and quilt covers were dirty, the pillows smelled bad, and there were cockroaches crawling in the toilet. I barely managed to get a good night's sleep without taking off my clothes.
Chinese people who want to book this hotel should definitely not book it. The pictures are fictitious

This hotel cannot be booked. But Ctrip can be trusted. When I told Ctrip that the hotel was not good, I was given the M floor (mezzanine) and there was no room to change. Ctrip gave me two options: move to the nearby Ibis and stay in a room, move back tomorrow and change the room, and they will bear the difference. Or they will waive 50% of the room fee.
