It is interesting to experience a stay on a ship... My room (or cabin?) had a low ceiling around 2.1 or 2.2m high. The room wasn't that spacious. The bathroom was compact, and the shower box without a door open towards the toilet bowl, causing the entire bathroom to get wet after taking a shower. As for the amenities,l, disposable toothbrush is provided in the room; the shampoo, soap, and conditioner bottles are afixed on the wall type, but the handpumps were wornout so they were not coming out, so I purchased the products at the lobby's convenience store. Cleanliness, there was hair in the shower box floor, and a long hair on the top of bed lining... not mine. The air-conditioner was centralized, and l couldn't adjust (increase) the temperature. The hotel front desk is a bit understaffed. Location, I was in an event nearby port Rashid, so it was a convenient location for me, reason why I chose this hotel. The breakfast buffet was complete and fantastic, with Indian cuisine, western food, pastries, salads, fruits, juices, coffee, a cheff on-site cooking omelets fried desk Staff is very friendly and professional.

The room was generally clean, but it was scary when large insects appeared.
The location is not easily accessible from the station, but there is a shuttle bus. We took the shuttle bus to Dubai Mall. I think you'll basically have to take a taxi for other trips.
There was a lot to see inside the hotel, so it was fun to walk around.

The hotel reception is really bad during check-in we already informed them that they booking already charge us they they insist to that we need to pay again. Then during check-in the Manager ask to sign documents for refund but sad to hear my bank changes us again twice then if we total they charges us 4x when calling the reception and they are always telling to call us but until now no one is calling us. Very bad service and experience. The hotel staff is very bad.
