Sun and Sands Hotel

The hotel is located in a bad area, where many Indians live, who do not care about cleanliness, the area is very dirty, but the metro is nearby, you can get to any place, but a lot of money was spent on travel, Jumeirah is located in the third zone from the hotel, the fare is 7.5 dirham, multiply by 26 rubles. On the neighboring streets there are bus stops, you can go to any place, the fare is 5 dirhams, we went to La Mer beach every day on the x28, the stop is behind the deira clock, you can see them far away, go in the opposite direction, back to where you came from. 35 minutes. Lots of shops nearby. About the hotel: it’s very old, a lot of things could just be replaced, the trash cans in the toilet are rusty, all the accessories are yellow, the bathroom is old, the walls are yellow, they give you one small towel and 2 large ones, but they are clean. Detergents for one person only. The buffet, or as you can call the eatery, is located in a separate room, parties are held there, you can hear a little music at night, it’s something, the floor is all bulging linoleum, there are some kind of moronic high tables on which people walk at night, they’re all old, the chairs don’t move, Otherwise you’ll hit your table so hard that you’ll spill everything you took. And there’s nothing to take at all. Breakfast is very poor, egg, butter, jam, toasters, two types of potatoes, no meat or chicken, no tea at all, a small jar of juice, there is a coffee machine. Everything is so old and wretched. But what I want to say about the staff, I won’t say anything bad about them, they try, they are always smiling, they asked to stay in the room for up to two hours, they didn’t refuse, thank you very much. По поводу отеля .. был там в октябре 2023 года последний раз ( 4 раз именно в этом отеле )… это и последний раз, когда я там останавливался .. во первых- отеля как он существовал до этого больше нет.. его сдали в аренду вместе с ночным клубом и двумя алкогольными барами.. соответственно соответственно вся инфраструктура отеля заточена под то чтобы после ночного клуба размещаться в этом отеле плюс ко всему рядом находится магазин с алкогольной продукции, и музыка практически слышно до утра кто приехал на отдых и останавливается в этом отеле конечно не рекомендую…. Местоположение удобное 5 7 минут до станции метро Аль Рига .. куча супермаркетов магазинов day today Night to Night и всевозможные 24:00 у open продукты дешевле чем в центре разнообразие точно такое же маленький кафешке со вкусной и дешёвой пищи в шаговой доступности 100 200 м недалеко пешком станция Юнион откуда можно доехать в любую точку Дубая как на автобусе так и на метро… трансферы на пляж нету завтраки очень скудные отель старый за то время пока он сдаётся в аренду его сильно ушатали персонал вежливый и приветливый любые проблемы решает очень быстро… шампуни гели всё есть единственное чайника в номере не было и гладильной доски…
