Not a good service this time i asked for a dental kit but no one came until i checked out,, so dissapointed

After checking in, I waited in the hotel lobby for 30 minutes. The hotel lobby provided drinks for customers and there were many sofas in the hotel lobby. After opening the room, I found that the hotel room was quite large, but the windows could not be opened. The staff prepared disposable slippers for customers in advance, which was very considerate. There were many clothes drying racks in the cabinet, which was good, and the shower room was also large. The sheets and quilts feel like they are new, which is good. The hotel is near the community. Walking a few dozen meters to the right from the hotel entrance, there is a gift shop that is very common in Dubai. It also sells daily necessities at relatively favorable prices. A few steps forward, there is a small Sri Lankan restaurant. Anyway, it feels quite new to me. , there are also pastries in that small restaurant. I left this hotel and chose another hotel because the windows in this hotel could not be opened.

The service is good and the surrounding area is also convenient. Fairoos is very helpful, except that the local taxi driver will take a detour. Others are very good

The hotel is a bit old, and there are a lot of things to eat around, all of which are small shops. Most of the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. The doorman who wears glasses is very enthusiastic.

The environment is average, the room is not soundproof, there are no disposable slippers, the attitude of some staff at the front desk is a bit bad, overall I am not satisfied, and it does not achieve a comfortable environment

During my recent business trip to Dubai, I had the pleasure of staying at the Jumeirah Rotana on 2nd December Street. This 5-day experience has set a new benchmark for hospitality excellence. From the moment my father and I arrived, the staff, notably Simran, Mohsin, and Sulman, exemplified professionalism and warmth. Their attention to detail and eagerness to accommodate our needs were remarkable. They truly went above and beyond, ensuring our stay was comfortable and seamless. The highlight of our mornings was the exceptional breakfast at Gipsy Chinese. The variety and quality of the food were outstanding. Special thanks to Mr. Gamber and his assistant, Miss Kalawati, for their cheerful service and for making each morning memorable with their jolly personalities and top-notch service. A special mention must be made of Mr. Usman Mirza, whose expertise in tourism and travel greatly enhanced our experience. His recommendations were spot-on, and his customer-centric approach made our trip all the more enjoyable. The Jumeirah Rotana isn’t just a hotel; it’s a haven of hospitality. Every staff member contributes to a welcoming and professional atmosphere, making it my go-to place in Dubai. If you’re looking for impeccable service, comfortable lodgings, and a truly memorable stay, Jumeirah Rotana is the place to be.

We stayed for 10 days in June 2024 for the first time in Dubai, everything was wonderfull very tasty food and friendly staff. Also rooms were very clean and the swimming pool is nice as well. Definitely can recommend this place, thank you for the great vacation

Special thanks to Sadali at the front desk. She did a quick check in so that we didn’t have to wait for a long time at the lobby. The room was cleaned and free of dust, fantastic location! All the shopping malls and restaurants are close at hand. Access to pretty good sidewalks to walk on outside the hotel. Provided us everything by your valuable staff what is asked during our stay. I enjoyed my trip very much From the beginning of my entry into the hotel, Mr. Mohsen welcomed us. He made sure that we had a special stay and a very wonderful and kind reception. He convinced me that the Jumeirah Rotana Hotel was the best place and that I should extend my stay.
