Excellent property in the heart of The Walk. Friendly staff, immediate check in and check out, I asked for a late check out and they granted it to me without any problems. Large room with sea view and Ferris wheel. Balcony equipped with chairs and a small table. Tea and coffee kit and still water in glass bottles provided daily free of charge. Bathrobe and slippers in the bathroom. Very very comfortable king bed. Empty refrigerator to store what you want. Very quiet rooms as well as the corridors. Air conditioning perfectly working even if slightly noisy, but after the first day you no longer notice it. Staff in the breakfast room very friendly and very quick to clear the table. Plenty of sweet but especially savory. There is really anything you can imagine, in addition to the show cooking station that changed the choice every day. There were avocado toast, quesadillas, crepes, ... every day a different thing made on the spot. There are automatic machines for hot drinks but also the bar where they make what you want. Nice pool with lots of deckchairs and very large towels included. Pool water is quite cold and the pool is in the shade almost all day. To go to the beach they provide large umbrellas and towels in a convenient beach bag for free every day. Just go to the pool area and ask for what you want. Access to the sea is from the third floor where the pool is. There is a convenient lift that takes you to the street and from there in 1 minute you are on the free beach with bathrooms and changing rooms. Around the hotel, given the location, there are lots of restaurants and fast food. We did not try the hotel restaurant. If I were to return to Dubai I would definitely choose this hotel again. The quality/price ratio is excellent. They are also very willing to accommodate customer requests. I had asked to check in at 2 am given my flight and they did it without problems.

I'll start with the minuses: the pool didn't work, we didn't warn you when booking, the worst hairdryer I've ever seen in hotels. It is heavy, you have to hold the button, weak in power. Shampoo and conditioner are of very poor quality. I didn’t like the hotel restaurant, where they serve breakfast and dinner, it was very cold, the food was tasteless, there were no medium-sized plates, we had to fill the table with large plates. There were no free juices at dinner, only water on the table. I liked the hotel itself and the room, large rooms, panoramic view of the bay. Booking through the website is much cheaper than booking locally at the hotel.
