I have a very negative opinion about this hotel. I booked a Deluxe room with two separate beds with full payment, when checking in at the reception at 16:00 (check-in from 14:00) they said your room is dirty - I will give you a drink of coffee or tea. There was no answer on how long to wait and why the number was not ready. They offered a room with one king-size bed, I agreed well with this option, the whole evening I asked 4 times for a second blanket, which was never brought. Mom and her adult son had to sleep under the same blanket, I am outraged and I paid for this in advance!!! The area towards the sea is cozy with parks, fountains and a golf course, on the other side there is a desert with barbed wire. Booking a transfer to the beach is problematic, there are few places and booking for two days in advance is impossible, only for the next one (but everything is already booked there), it’s better to do it at night after 24:00 right away. Two towers - one hotel with transfer included, the second tower of apartments without transfer, however, people from the apartments manage to run ahead of everyone and take up seats on the bus and others from the hotel do not have enough seats when going to the jbr beach. There’s also a bird’s nest right above the entrance to the hotel, it dived into my head twice and all the workers saw it and shrugged. Breakfast and lunch are good! Water in the room is constantly replenished free of charge. Room 0414 is damp and cold, the floor in the bathroom is cold like in an operating room, they turned off the air conditioning and opened the window to warm up. Neighbors say, knowing about this problem of rooms, they asked for rooms higher, about the 20th floor and above, they are better there. There are many grocery stores nearby, which is a plus. You can walk to the metro, but you can also take a shuttle to the Emirates Mall and get on the metro straight from the Mall. Hot water tends to run out at lunchtime when the hotel's consumption is high. It's easy to find yourself lathered under cold water.

Everything was good apart of this smell in room every day coming up I guess from restaurant on 1st floor, even we been based in 14th floor, breakfast was kind basic and I got bored after 3 days of having it. Staff was helpful and kind , free buses to some places in Dubai stoping next to hotel also was a plus.

It’s spacious and clean, very comfortable. The service is excellent! The view may not be too good as it located next to a large piece of remote land, but at night you could still see the long bright lights coming from Dubai developed areas.

1- Wi-Fi is the entire hotel is very bad 2- the hotel doesn’t look clean and look very old 2 stars hotel 3- Hotel staff needs to shower because The smell is very bad everywhere they walk 4- coffee cost 22-25 AED (6€) for no reason in a 3-4 stars hotel. 5- when you ask them to bring something to your room it will take them at least 30 min. 6- if you want to relax this hotel is not for you because it’s  crowded. 7- the AC controller has a problem, you switch it off but it keeps running and you will freeze your a**. I have changed two room and both has the same issue. Thank you and I will never come back to this hotel. Bye bye.

Good internet, very good staff, big room, good furniture, useful location The air-con makes the room smelll damp, bed is decently comfortable

My recent stay offered both highlights and areas for improvement. The rooms were spacious with stunning views, and the check-in/check-out process was remarkably smooth. However, room cleanliness could be enhanced, as I encountered persistent odors and dust. Additionally, the room service could use some attention—both the lack of a menu and a non-functional QR code for ordering were inconvenient. As for breakfast, it unfortunately fell short of expectations. The offerings were basic, lacked freshness, and the quality was underwhelming. Enhancing these aspects could significantly improve the overall experience.

Staying here third time now, highly recommend. Staff very helpful and upgraded for free.

I love everything but I had an issue with my door not opening because I think the battery went down and I kept on prompting them but no one resolved it. I even left my room card with them thinking by the time I’m back it will be resolved but nope. Had to wait again to tell them my issue.

The restaurant is absolutely crowded on the breakfast , sometimes you will need to stand in a queue

Good hotel for short stay, good as a 4 star hotel

very pleasant stay, although they have not planned for amount of guests for Breakfast as there was always a long queue and waiting time, plus never replenish items at Breakfast including tableware. otherwise was a great stay

The room was good for what i paid , was a good experience. Continental breakfast .

Nice hotel and nice stay in Dubai, the hotel is near MOE and convenient to shopping, also there is shuttle bus between MOE and hotel, staffs are very kind and service good, also share a good city view, will book when coming to Dubai next time
