First at all our room was changed from the back side to first line as a “compliment” from the hotel, until I realised that there is a 24 hour repair at the beach, every day continuing 10 days and nights with these machines working all the time!!! Very loudly in the room, louder at the pool, can’t sleep 😴 discusting!!!
Second of all: the room cleaners are from India 🇮🇳 and Pakistan 🇵🇰, and € 300 missed from my personal wallet ( my bad, that didn’t use the safe). After a lot of talks with a guy who is responsible for the safety there, he told me that couldn’t find my money at the room cleaners and suggest me to call the police for checking the fingerprints on my wallet, if they match with these of the cleaners than there would have an investigation… This maybe would took all the time from my vacation and I refused!!!
Very disappointing vacation, Dubai is the best place for relax, BUT NEVER in this place again, NEVER 👎!
P.S. The service at the restaurant, the food is perfect 👍

Amazing new 5 bedroom villas with private swimming pool, perfect for a family staycation. We organized a small family event, and staff went above and beyond to help us, and made sure we were comfortable and everything was taken well care of. Special thanks to Mr Insaaf and his amazing team Marry, Sanawar and Manjit, amongst few others too, who were very accommodating with our requests and were always present to assist us in whatever we needed. Hands on 10/10. The property is located right at the beach. You just have to cross the reception area and you are at the beach literally. Breath taking sunset view amongst many other things.

Honestly the least you can expect now days is for anyone to have a smile, be nice, and treat guests with respect.. that's exactly what I got from Samah & Paul. Very pleasant and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place. The facilities are amazing, very close to the beach and value for money for sure..

Nice difference from Dubai luxury hotels in Super location just in front of Kait Beach. Rooms are very large, quiet, comfortable but a little bit old and need renovation. There is a nice pool with Sea view on the beach in front. You can do some water sports service is very nice but the restaurant just average.

The hotel is ideally situated on a pristine stretch of beach. The right mix of serenity with easy access to the busy areas like Kite beach and even the city. Sanawar, Nishadh, Mary and the rest of the team will take very good care of you. Night swimming beach just in front

Excellente place pour les Amoureux du kite surf , Windsurf accès direct à la plage, piste de jogging avec surface molle et piste cyclable en face de l’hôtel, possibilité de location de vélo tout près. On peut voyager en taxi jusqu’au métro qui nous permet de visiter Dubai. Nous avons eu excellente chambre Avec petite cuisine , personnel de l’hôtel , très accueillant et gentil Personnel et la piscine toujours souriant . très propre hôtel aussi ce fut un plaisir de séjourner à cet hôtel, je recommande fortement.
