We decided on a hotel to celebrate my daughters 4th birthday and The hilton Palm jumerah seemed like a perfect option after checking the website. Since the second I got out my car I felt like I was at home with warm welcoming from everybody to valet, reception even the staff mopping in the lobby. The whole place is just immaculate. The pool bar was amazing, the 2 clubhouse for kids on each side of the pool was a perfect idea in this design. I will never forget the breakfast buffet as it even had food there that I have never seen or tried before. Josh, RJ, Natasha and Rashani Shakira were some of the names I can not forget, there engagement with me was very nice and professional. We could feel the care and tone in there voice that she went out her way to make sure my wife and 2 kids were happy and comfortable in the Executive lounge. Josh and RJ were so friendly to us and my daughter and stood by our side while hosting our daughters birthday caring for any extra needs we had. We will definitely be back for my sons 1st birthday as this gem of a hotel is an amazing place with amazing people.

We had a one bedroom suite with a kitchen with sea view. It was very well equipped, with dishwasher and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Very clean on arrival and cleaned every day with fresh towels etc. The hotel has excellent facilities - large restaurant area, gym and swimming pool. Breakfast choice was superb. It is very well located - short walking distance to the Tram (Palm Jumeirah station) and the monorail to the Palm. Most notably are the hotel staff who were always welcoming, polite and helpful -especially Main at the hotel reception who was very helpful when we needed a doctor

Just had the time of my life at the Marriott Resort on Palm Jumeirah, and let me spill the tea – it was an absolute dream. Let's start with the basics – this place is drop-dead gorgeous. And can we talk about those free drinks? In the room, by the pool, and even on the beach – they're practically handing you luxury on a silver platter. And speaking of the beach – private beach alert! It's like having your own secret paradise, far away from the hustle and bustle. I practically lived there, soaking in the tranquility like it was going out of style. The vibe at this place is next level – quiet, classy, and just the right amount of boujee. Whether you're sipping cocktails by the pool or diving into a feast at one of their fancy restaurants, you'll feel like you've been upgraded to a VIP status. Major props to the staff – these guys are hospitality wizards. They made every interaction a pleasure, from check-in to chowing down. Friendly, professional, and always ready to make your stay feel like you're the main character in your own luxury novel. Now, let's talk about the breakfast – oh boy, it's a game-changer. They don't mess around when it comes to the most important meal of the day. It's a feast for the senses with a spread that could make a food critic weep tears of joy. From continental classics to exotic delights, every craving is satisfied. I'm still daydreaming about those breakfasts – they alone are worth the stay. And let's not forget the view from my room – breathtaking doesn't even begin to cover it. Waking up to that kind of scenery is like getting a daily dose of visual therapy. In a nutshell, if you're ready to treat yourself like royalty, the Marriott Resort on Palm Jumeirah is the place to be. It's a stay that feels like a vacation from reality, and I can't recommend it enough. Treat yourself – you deserve it.

The service is very good. The hotel is very comfortable. You can order your own breakfast, which is also very rich. The beach is open until 8 o'clock, which is a bit early. It is a bit far from the city center. There are three restaurants. It is suitable for pure play hotels.

The hotel is in walking distance to the JBR Beach and Marina. About 15/20 minutes, the hotel provides a regular bus shuttle if you are not up fir the walk. The staff where welcoming, professional and helpful with any queries we had about the hotel, getting around. Muhammed the tour organiser helped us book two excellent tours, half day tour of Dubai catered to our wishes and the VIP trip to Burj Khalifa. The hotel is very clean, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. restaurant on site lots of choices for breakfast buffer and evening meal.Easy to get to Dubai Central. I woukd stay here again.

Love to stay at this hotel. We are group while stay during dubai trip and the room so amazing big. I love how they make the building access with many of elevators so easy for gust to access Room clean and bed was so nice. Breakfast good and staff friendly Hopefully can visit dubai again and will be back to this hotel 🥰🥰🥰

The first impression was not very good. It felt like a hostel or hotel. It was not at all the quality of a four-star hotel in Hong Kong, and it was a bit below expectations. There are not many choices for breakfast, and the taste is not very good. It is not recommended to buy more. The best thing is the freshly fried omelette! If you want to have breakfast at the hotel, it is recommended to add money on the spot after arriving at the hotel, because it is cheaper than booking online. It's okay to stay for a few days. It would be nice to be able to take a bath and sleep. If you don't have high expectations for a hotel and like me think of a hotel as a place to shower and sleep, it's actually pretty good. The biggest advantage is that it is located opposite the subway station. It is very convenient to go to different tourist attractions by subway!

Thank for a good memorable stay. The hotel deserves 4 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating. It has very soft luxury vibe and the staff are so welcoming and polite. I was not able to book taxi and they book it for me with their phone. There are lot of discounts that are there is thre restaurant. Only one problem, Elevator is not enough because too much late. But room very nice and comfortable. I definitely coming back again

The location was good near the metro and the park n shop, the staff are very very helpfull and understanding, I really liked the people here. Its a little loud at night with the ktv but not terrible.
