Everything was fine during my stay, but unfortunately Front desk asked me to paid twice even I show the confirmation of prepaid. The Manager has promised to make a refund the payment. But unfortunately the process of refund was not processed, I have been contact 3 times to the hotel, the front desk promise 3 times will contact me back in 2- 3 days - surprise no one give me a call or email and no refund. I did wrote a contact request on official website and no one contact me back, now since 4 weeks that I have waiting. So please answer when I will get my refund?
