The floor and walls of the hotel room are very old, the towels are black, the main problem is that the staff inside will cheat money, and the things that are not consumed will be forcibly added to your body, which really should not appear in a five-star hotel, it is disgusting

The hotel was quite good and we enjoyed our stay. The staffs were quite good, especially the cleaners who were quite nice and friendly. The hotel environment and proximity to the city and airport added an advantage as we moved around within the nearby cities for fun. I will recommend this hotel to my friends and i hope to be back before the year runs out.

We had a splendid time having arrived early from the United Kingdom. The team were very helpful and checked us in a few hours later.
Good breakfast with a range of foods to choose from. Accessible to buses and taxis. Would’ve been nice to have complimentary water in the room. Otherwise excellent service

Had a lovely overnight stay at the Carlton, had a lovely meal in the restaurant and also a fantastic afternoon tea. Brilliant breakfast selection, would highly recommend l.

everything was great from the check-in process all the way to our checkout, the room was fantastic plus some amenities in there with coffee and tea and a small snack and then our breakfast had a wide range of foods which made our trip thoroughly enjoyable I will definitely come back here next time when I come back to Dublin. Highly recommended.

Price was amazing and when u get there they offer upgrades and a discount if available. Loved this hotel. Staff. Service. Room.. We be definitely back and highly recommend. Especially if you are shopping as blanchardstown is short distance away by car. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff are extremely courteous and helpful throughout the hotel. A special mention to Francesca on reception who was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. I've stayed many times for business and each time the staff seem to excel on the previous visit.

Loved this hotel. Breakfast is beautiful.. Room we had was spotless with separate shower and bath.. Staff are very friendly and very helpful. Cannot fault this hotel and will definitely be back 100%. Great location for shopping and hotel was very quiet. Had a brilliant time. Thank you very much
