The staff were very friendly and helpful.
I basically asked questions and made requests through the chat on the app, but the responses were quick and I was grateful for the kind assistance I received.
In terms of facilities, there were a few minor inconveniences, such as a lack of trash cans, no shower curtains - just a small acrylic panel, and no slippers.
However, the location was excellent and the staff were friendly, so overall I was satisfied with my stay.

Two rooms, relatively large. Just on Princes Street, a few minutes walk from the train station, very convenient. The room we stayed in had to take two elevators to reach it, so it was difficult to find.
