The hotel staff was very enthusiastic and helped me book a popular steakhouse in Edinburgh. They were always patient in answering questions. Although the room was a bit small, the hotel mini bar provided free chocolate, water and drinks as a treat. In short, I was very satisfied and would stay here again next time.

It takes about ten minutes to walk from the train station. Fortunately, it is downhill, so it is not too painful to drag a large suitcase. The hotel's exterior is being renovated, and there is no elevator inside. Fortunately, the front desk was very friendly and upgraded our room type, and checked in more than ten minutes earlier. The room is what you see is what you get for a chain hotel.

The outside decoration looks average. The location is very convenient, not far from the train station and the bus station, only 3 minutes away. The room is hard to find, like a maze. I couldn't find it myself, so I asked the waiter to find the room. The facilities are relatively new, but the price-performance ratio is not too high, a bit expensive, probably because of the good location. It's not far from various attractions, 20 minutes walk.

The hotel decor, cleanliness, and ambience were all excellent. My only complaint was the bed ,it was the worst we have ever slept on. My husband and I spent the night holding on to the edge as it sunk so baddly in the middle. Our first night was in rm 105, we complained to reception and were moved to 203. However the bed was only marginally better. The headboard is also too far away from the bed, causing the pillows to fall down the back of the bed. I feel it is such a shame as everything else was so good. I would also like to compliment all of your staff, they were so well mannered, pleasant and professional. Please sort out your beds,it is so important and is the only thing letting your beautifull hotel down.

There is no elevator, which is inconvenient. The stairs inside the building go up and down like a tunnel. It is difficult to find a room. For a room that costs nearly 1,000 a night, the price/performance ratio is extremely low. The location of the hotel is relatively easy to find, about 10 minutes' walk from Waverly Railway Station. The front desk staff are helpful.

The location is good, close to Princes Street, just a few minutes walk. The hotel is also very clean. There was a slight hiccup in the middle. The air conditioner in the room was not hot and the upgraded room was also very dark. I changed the room and it was solved well. Overall I'm quite satisfied.

The location is very good. The room is very small, with a small double bed and almost no remaining space. There is no place to put the suitcases even for two people. The tram track facing the street is quite noisy, so you have to close the windows when sleeping. The breakfast is okay, it is a combination of ordering and self-service.
