Lovely hotel, staff were amazing. Sunday roast dinner was excellent. Room was clean and perfect for just me. Definitely stay there again

Lovely stay. We stayed in the junior suite, which was super spacious. Each day they refilled the coffee station and gave a candy bar, which was much appreciated. Even though you are outside of the city center there is a bus stop right next to the hotel which gives you easy access to the center.

Nice service but need improvement on cleanliness and maintenance. When we arrived at our room, we see a bunch of flies flying above the bed because of the opened window. The staff at the reception soon replaced it with an upgraded room. Room is nice but there’s mould in shower and bed sheet wasn’t perfectly fitted. Also the window of the room cannot be securely closed and locked.

Environment: The environment is very good and the room is large

The hotel has a very old and stale smell as soon as you enter the door. The bathroom in the room should be refurbished, and it is relatively clean. The room is very small, can't fit a 28-inch box, there are red bugs on the bed in the room, other hygiene is OK. The house price of more than 1700 booked in August is incomparable with the house price of 1700 in China.
