The room was just as expected and perfectly good for what we were looking for - a short sleep before a 3 am flight. The location is good too - only 10 min from the airport. The staff member who received us however was just plain terrible. We arrived at 21.30 and let ourselves into the lobby since the door was unlocked. Worked great for us since it gets very cold at this time and we were tired, but it means that anyone can waltz in and take something either from the reception or the interior of the hostel. The receptionist didn't respond to the doorbell and we had to call the hostel's number to get his manager to have him show up and give us keys. He was also unprepared for our arrival and started asking for proof of payment even though we prepaid in full through ********** and he should have had that indicated in the reservation. Worse yet, was the departure. We went downstairs at the time we requested the taxi to the airport. The gate was locked by padlocks, no receptionist in sight and no response to the doorbell (AGAIN) and no taxi. We were able to solve it in 15 min and didn't miss our flight, but it added unnecessary stress to a very early morning. Bottom line, the place itself was fine, but they need to do better recruitment. The taxi, as someone else mentioned, ends up begin disproportionally expensive to getting one from the city, but you save on the time. Next trip however, I think we'll try the bed per hour place at the airport itself.
