I recently stayed at the hotel and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff (Carl and Reyna) stood out as particularly nice and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Overall, it was a pleasant stay that I would recommend to others.

The hotel breakfast is paired with the first row of sea view to start the day in a good mood. Because the room is relatively humid near the sea, the air conditioner needs to be turned on all the time for dehumidification. The hotel is in an excellent location, just a minute's walk from the sea port, and nearby are the two busiest streets in El Nido.

S resort in El Nido was amazing. All of their staff was so kind & helpful our entire stay, going above and beyond giving us recommendations & tips to get the most out of our stay. Our room was clean & the location of the resort was perfect if you want to be in the middle of everything.

The staff are cute and provide good service.
Cleanliness ＞＞ Lots of dust, like it's never been cleaned, just changed towels.
Location ＞＞ In the middle of restaurants, cafes, walking street, convenient but very noisy. The room is not suitable for sleeping. The noise outside is disturbing, including cars, horns, and people talking. There's all the music coming from the surroundings, but the view from the rooftop is very beautiful.
Food ＞＞ Enough to eat

S Resort El Nido is placed right at the center of the town proper. It is next to a coffee shop which I super loved, and outside there are many street food stalls. The service staff were all friendly, the guard was exceptional, always ready to help us. He was very genuine. They offered us coffee vouchers upon arrival too! The only problem was the water supply, it runs out in the middle of the day and comes back in the afternoon which was a bit of a problem for me bec I need my bath always since its summer. The water problem is on going in the whole town and I hope they resolve this soon. Will still consider to come back tho!
