Delicious food, accommodating staff and spacious clean room. Beach front and with pool. Downside is there is no wifi in the room.

The hotel is average, but the price is high and does not correspond to the living conditions. Breakfast is monotonous, from the menu, every day, only two dishes were offered. THEY GIVE ONE LARGE TOWEL. There are no face towels. Towels with stains and old, gray, look like unwashed. EVERYTHING REST IS GOOD.

Awful experience, avoid this resort.
We would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were dirty and window blinds were falling off the windows. Towels were not in the bathroom or room when we arrived. We had three done villa rooms for our party. One room had a missing window that had a piece of card board taped over the hole with masking tape. For the second room, the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor and there was a constant pool of water. The third room was infested with mosquitoes and we later found mosquito larva in the room. When we brought these issues to the hotel staff they did nothing to rectify the situation and wouldn’t even provide a discount or move our rooms. It was frustrating because we prepaid for the stay.
The location of the hotel is good and could have so much potential. Avoid this nightmare resort.

Vi skrev at vi ville have daglig rengøring men dette blev aldrig gjort nogen af dagene. Men 2. nat opdager vi en rotte på vores værelse. Vi snakker med reseptionen om hvad de vil gøre hvorefter de vil ringe til nogen der ville fikse det. Ingen kom. Intet blev gjort. Vi blev tvunget til at sove på vores værelse med en rotte. Dagen efter sidder vi ved poolen hvor den løber forbi. Føj hvor klamt!

To avoid It's a shame because the hotel is very well located. On a very pretty beach and quiet. 2 minutes by scooter from the center of Zl Nido. The hotel could be very good except that the team does not understand anything, barely speaks English. 1st day we are installed in a room that they had just redone the same day. Very strong smell of paint (outside the NF standard 😉) so headaches. The next day we ask for a change of room. Everything seems ok but the 2nd night until the 5th we are devoured every night by bedbugs. The swimming pool unavailable for 3 days. The water having turned. One last one for the end even if I do not come to El Nido for that but the breakfast needs to be completely reviewed. In short, move on
