The organising was really well done. The food was quite good and they managed a really good ambience. The staff were polite and accommodating. The entire experience was very good. The hotel rooms were also quite well designed and pleasant to stay in.

Edward was very friendly and helpful. He helped rectify an issue with the check in professionally and was able to provide us with advice. His customer service is great and he was a pleasant staff member. The food was very nice here and lovely pool area.

Edward was helpful caring and he sorted everything out and he was polite grate with the food and the experience was good. also the experience was very good.! Myself Dr. Bobby Abraham from Florida USA would like to convey The food here was beyond belief. It was fantastic. Would love to come here again and eat this. Would come here again and stay here in Gokulam Park Kochi. The staff here at Nilgiri Restaurant in Conventional Central especially Mr. Mathew Joshy was extremely courteous and prompt in service. I would recommend him in a flash.

The rooms were very good and well maintained the food was very tasty and had lot of options to choose from. I really loved the staff over here every one was very helpful especially Edward he was there all the time from the moment we arrived to checkout. Edward took care of our needs very well

Travelled from the US on work and stayed at the Gokulam. Loved the Nilgris restaurant and staff led by Mathew Joshy and assisted by Akhil, Mershin & Vaishnav for their exceptional food and service with grace and attention to detail. Must come again!!
