We had a great time at Ikos Andalusia in early May. The surrounds were lovely and staff attentive. The food was spectacular. The pools were relaxing (even the childrens pool) and we'd like to thank Javier who looked after us in the kids pool for the entire week. Their childcare was a particular highlight and we can't thank the Creche team enough (Maria Rosa, Marina, Azahara, Anastasia, Ino, Sia, Laura) for giving our daughter just the best time at 'holiday nursery'! Feedback for improvement: We found that the app did not work for restaurant bookings and had a different schedule for the fitness activities which conflicted with the actual timetable of events.

Thank you to all staff at our wonderful stay at Ikos Andalusia. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every element of our break. A wonderful welcome by Diana who explained all we needed to know and then took us to our room when within seconds our luggage arrived. All staff were friendly and welcoming but some really stood out. Camilla at the chiringita was always helpful and would talk to us and advise on places to visit - a true professional in working in hospitality. Same also for Dorka that runs the restaurant- perfect welcome and just the right amount of tentativeness. A huge thank you to Smeldra - apologies I cannot type the Greek spelling! She was so on the point with friendliness , professionalism and helpfulness. She enjoys her work in the main pool and bar it’s plain to see - we wish you lots of luck in your career at ikos. Diana is a huge asset to the company and Ikos as a brand. She plays a vital part between the customer and staff. We wish her huge success in her career in hospitality with Ikos. Thank you for all the gestures and help all with a genuine smile. On a lighter note we feel the pillows could be better and beds to low but life is not perfect but at Ikos it very nearly is. We all have different tastes and we cannot wait to visit Kos in September- our 3rd ikos in 12 months - we are hooked!

This was our second visit and it lived up to the excellent stay we had 2 years ago. The hotel looks very impressive and the staff provide the best service we have ever experienced. Vicky, who looked after us in the Scented pool, and George, in the Seasons restaurant, really stood out for their high quality service but all staff were brilliant and did everything they could to make our stay wonderful. The Chiringuito restaurant on the beach and the Seasons restaurant, which are relatively recent additions, now provide even more excellent dining options. The beach adjacent to the hotel isn't impressive but the number of excellent heated pools at the hotel mean that this is largely irrelevant for us. It's hard to imagine how our 5 days at Ikos could have been any better - a genuine 5 star experience from start to finish.

We spent 5 nights at Ikos resort after traveling around Andalucia with our 3 little kids , we knew we’d need a vacation from our vacation and that’s how we ended up at Ikos. So glad we did , it was so relaxing , our older 2 kids enjoyed the kids club daily , we loved the pools , the shows , it was a perfect ending for our vacation . Food was amazing and service impecable.

An absolutely exceptional stay all round. Service is incomparable to pretty much everywhere else we’ve stayed and the food is of a very high standard. The kids shows in the evening were fab and our one bedroom suite was simply perfect. Every single member of staff are delightful and professional and nothing is a problem. We travelled with our 2 children (4 years and 8 months) and they loved every minutes of it. Particular praise has to go to the amazing kids club at Heroes village where Andrea, Ainoa and the rest of the staff look after our girl and kept her entertained every single day. Our daughter was so excited to go there (sometimes for the morning and afternoon!) She was devastated to say goodbye to them on our last day and we were devastated to leave! It is to their credit that they have created a fun, educational and warm environment for all the kids and we couldn’t be more grateful! Thank you Ikos Andalusia for a memorable 10 night stay and we look forward to staying with you next summer!

This was our 2nd time to Ikos Andalusia and overall my 5th time to be lucky enough to stay at an Ikos Resort. Needless to say, it is outstanding. The resort is beautifully laid out, and the food was excellent, as were the facilities. The spa was amazing. Although we travelled as a couple, we could see children were also fully catered for. What was nice was they had quiet zones in the restaurants and adult only pool. This is a feature of Ikos Resorts. What makes the resort is always the staff that goes above and beyond to help. They are courteous, friendly, and efficient. The staff are brilliant and too many to mention but special thanks to Pilar, Sara and Juan from Reception, Sandra from Spa and Sophia from Flavors. It was lovely to see her again. We had a chance to meet one of the chefs from Flavors and it was a pleasure to thank him and his staff for the excellent food and service. The food in the restaurants is amazing and caters for a wide variety of diets. The staff are a credit to the resort and I'm looking forward to coming back, for a 3rd time in the not too distant future!

Wonderful short break. Everything from food, drinks, rooms and hospitality were brilliant. Would thoroughly recommend. Beach was having some work done so not useable but so many pools it did not affect our break. Will certainly be back soon

Our second visit to the Ikos Andalusia and standards are still as high. The garden rooms are fantastic with children and all the staff are so friendly helpful and seem to love working for the group. The restaurants, room service and range of drinks are unparalleled for an all inclusive. This time our daughter went to the kids club for a few hours a day, she is 6 and has SEN. It has a large playground and some lovely classrooms and has shade. The staff were incredible, understanding and all trained in SEN and she even had a 1 to 1. We were so reassured. Andrea and Mercedes are a great asset to the Ikos and were really fantastic. Thank you all for a great holiday.
