Отель Кортъярд Марриотт Сочи Красная Поляна оставил у меня только положительные впечатления! С самого момента прибытия я была приятно удивлена высоким уровнем сервиса и вниманием к деталям. Номера в отеле просторные, чистые и уютные, с современным дизайном и великолепным видом на горы. Удобные кровати обеспечили мне отличный сон после насыщенных дней, проведённых на свежем воздухе. Особенно хочу отметить ресторан, завтраки были разнообразными и сытными, что позволило зарядиться энергией на весь день. Персонал отеля был очень дружелюбным и отзывчивым, всегда готов помочь с любыми вопросами и предложить советы по организации досуга. Также приятно удивила близость к горнолыжным курортам и другим достопримечательностям региона. В целом, Кортъярд Марриотт Сочи Красная Поляна — это идеальное место для отдыха как зимой, так и летом. Я с удовольствием вернусь сюда снова и рекомендую этот отель всем, кто ищет комфорт и качество обслуживания!

Отдыхали в сентябре всей семьей в отеле Кортъярд в Красной Поляне. Мы остались в восторге! Отель находится прямо на центральной площади курорта, всего в минуте ходьбы от главной канатной дороги. Спасибо большое персоналу отеля, менеджер на ресепшене очень быстро нас заселила и подробно рассказала нам о курорте. Очень понравились завтраки, все вкусно и разнообразно! Отдельное спасибо горничным за качественную уборку. Обязательно вернемся к вам снова!

Отличный отель. Уборка каждый день. Разнообразные завтраки. Удачное местоположения. Была на балийском массаже, очень понравилось. Персонал вежливый. Отель с эко-инициативой. На этаже кулеры, с фильтрованное водой. Спасибо за отдых!

Первое как заехали, нужно было идти в другой корпус, их 2. После долгого перелета, и приезда, обнаружилось, что в ванне нет напора горячей воды, воообще. Пришел мастер, сказал кран поменяет завтра. Позже, я сама подошла и попросила за это компенсацию, подарили шампанское, фрукты и ваучер в ресторан. Последнюю ночь перед самолетом хотелось выспаться, но всю ночь делали ремонт на улице, около отеля, сверлили, гремели, будили. Звонок в 3/30 утра на ресепшен немного притупил этот шум. Есть закон о тишине, после 23 часов, но тут он видимо не действует. Администрация отеля ссылалась, что это вынужденная мера и к ним не относится. За бессонную ночь, никто не принес извинения никакие. -Из плюсов, Находится около канатки, хорошие номера. -Минусы: орала пожарная сигнализация учебная полчаса, нельзя было добраться на лифте, убираются плохо, за 3 дня белье не поменяли, приходилось выплачивать воду, принадлежности для ванны. Скудный завтрак, из 3 дней, один раз была каша на молоке, а в остальные на воде, Бананов не было, были сезонные сочинские фрукты, которые многие не ели. Яичница не вкусная. В лифте без карты не подняться. Нет форточек в номере, проветрить сложно номер, только открывать балкон. Персонал ресторане отличный. Из всех отелей на Красной поляне, Розе Хутор где я была, это худший.
