Excellent hotel and friendly staff. The view from the roof-top view is breathtaking!

I think it’s the best hotel in Faro city. Great facilities. The rooftop pool was nice.

My wife and I stayed at this Hotel at the start of June 2023 for 5 nights. I cannot be more complimentary about the service we received from reception staff, breakfast staff and the two 'managers'. My wife has limited mobility and would use a wheel chair. Everything possible was done to make her stay as full as possible and our lovely room, at the front of the hotel was full of tech and extremely comfortable. Not a beech hotel but a glorious city break base, and Faro has more to offer than you might think. Many thanks to Ricardo and his team. Apologies if spelling is not perfect.  

Superb hotel with friendly staff. Gorgeous quiet rooms with a beautiful balcony, situated right in the heart of Faro.   The rooftop bar and pool was breathtaking!  The restaurant served delicious dishes, and the breakfast had its own coffee batista. Omelettes galore!  So much to choose from, you would need to stay another week..  I have told anyone willing to listen to try Faro, and if you do. Please use 3HB.. You will not be sorry.

There are so many great things about this hotel, beautiful decor, incredibly comfortable and clean rooms, but the stand out  for me was the amazing customer service, we arrived late and a bit frazzled after our flight home had been cancelled and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful, we felt truly looked after, exceptional.
