各方面都挺好的在附近去古城，高鐵都是非常方便，以後要是再來會經常住這家的，也特別點贊這家的服務，退房充電器忘房間了，前台也及時打電話過來，我們剛好還在酒店停車場充電，工作人員馬上幫我送過來，太感謝了。

這家最湘西酒店設施很完善、衞生整潔、環境優美、服務一流，酒店也很有特色，進店有水果、離店有禮品，早餐品種也很多，一家人吃的很滿足，有小朋友還送了小玩具等，住宿價格經濟實惠。很滿意!

要不是回家有事情真想連住三天，酒店位置就不用説了，去古城等公共交通非常方便，各個景點也都很近（搭乘高鐵站去也很方便的），硬件和服務都比較到位，還特意幫我延長了半天房間免費，提前預訂的話性價比很高，值得推薦。

我是從江蘇過來的，這個酒店靠近古街，臨近虹橋和沱江。小朋友想住高樓層，要前台安排了最高樓層的房間，房間很乾凈,空調也很給力。酒店有個自動旋轉門，進出酒店都很方便，。真的很棒!值得推薦!
