Room was not cleaned thoroughly.. old used soap on the floor in bathroom, food left on carpet, remote control so filthy with gunk, it just kept me focused on what else was left behind unnoticed..
Their focus was on why we didn’t consult with them immediately upon finding said items.. obviously we were there to have fun, only seeing things throughout our stay and after the fact..
front desk was as dismissive as management, wishing us a better stay in the future.. good luck with that.
