Nice hotel. I’m very good place. All tourists place is near. Maximum time you need 20 minutes to reach everything. Even No need take taxi

Loved this hotel. When l come back to Florence would only come back here. Beautiful old fashioned elegance in rooms. Amazing bathroom and toiletries. Loved the wine in the room even though l had to pay for it. Breakfast room and food outstanding. Lovely helpful staff. Fab position. Just perfect stay.

The hotel is very well located, but I didn't like the room. Very dark, stained carpet, old appearance, in need of urgent renovation. The air conditioning was off and we were informed that it could not be turned on in November - absurd in a 4-star hotel 😱😱. I was disappointed. The service very good. Breakfast also good.

The location of this hotel was great. Very close to Ponte Vecchio. They were very helpful and kind in arranging parking for us. The terrace on the 5th floor of the hotel overlooks the city of Florence, which is highly recommended. Breakfast was also delicious and the location was lovely. I would like to stay again next time. I'm really thankful to you.
