The location of the hotel is great. However, muddy water came out of the bathtub, shower and sink during the night while taking a bath. We had to fill and empty the bathtub several times. After waiting for an hour, the water was still muddy, so we went to the front desk to ask for help. A hotel staff member came to check the water. He was surprised to see the muddy water and told us to wait and that he would come back soon. However, we waited for more than an hour, but no one came. It was 11 o'clock, and there was no contact or confirmation, so we had no choice but to sleep. Then, in the middle of the night, we were bothered by mosquitoes. We killed three of them. It was the worst night. In the morning, we contacted the hotel about this, but there was no response. We left with a bad impression of our first time in Florence, but we felt uneasy about the customer service. The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, so it's a disappointment.

Receptionists are not helpful at all.

I arrived early and the offered to store my luggage at the reception and they delivered to my room, that’s nice. There was no briefing on the breakfast arrangements at check in, they assume bay you know. My room is an end unit with a single bed, which is good for me, the bathroom is pleasantly big, and I do enjoyed the bath. Shower is good too with good water pressure. I found a pair of slippers inside the drawer of the bedside table instead of in the closet, they are comfortable. The whole 3 nights I stayed without Wi-Fi, they couldn’t fix it! The electric outlet has three holes so you need to bring the specific adapter as there no usb port to charge gadgets. I changed mine in the bathroom as my two pint adapters worked there. No kettle in the room but they kindly delivered some hot water to my room when I requested. The second night they told me to go downstairs to get it. TV has international news channels except CNN but that’s ok for me. Lifts are efficient.

Old four-star hotel, although old, but the hardware quality is good. The air conditioner in the first room I stayed in was broken, so I was moved to another one. The breakfast was quite rich and the location was good.

A hotel with claims to a certain level. But apart from a really good location, there is nothing else to note. What was most striking was that in a 4* hotel there is not even simple drinking water, and in the minibar a plastic bottle of 0.5 of the simplest water costs 3 euros! Bathroom amenities were not replenished, only what was available upon check-in. The coffee for breakfast is lousy, the omelette is tasteless and cold. In general, of course, nothing criminal, but for that kind of money you can find a nicer hotel.

All perfect! Excellent location, very kind welcome. Overall pleasant and well-kept environment. Clean and tidy room. Top breakfast for range and quality of products. Friendly and smiling staff.

The hotel is very old, the rooms are old, and the walls are extremely thin. You can hear the movement up, down, left, and right clearly. The air conditioner in the room moves like a tractor. It is impossible to sleep well if you sleep with it on. When checking in, the lady at the front desk seemed a little impatient and wanted to charge an extra fee for a 4-year-old child. She said that we had booked for 2 people and now it was 3 people + child. This has never happened in other European countries. Most hotels provide children with free cots, and a hotel in Rome even gave children dolls to sleep with. I think the lady at the front desk treats guests differently. I didn't smile and was impatient when I asked her questions. But at the same time, when she answered another foreign lady, her attitude was very good. I once doubted whether she was ******. . The children's bed added to the room later had never been washed. It was extremely dirty. I would not let my child sleep in it. After reporting the situation to the hotel, the small bed they changed was somewhat improved, but it was still dirty.

A wonderful hotel in the center of Florence, with excellent boutiques in the immediate vicinity, although if you have time, it is better to visit the outlet. All historical sites are within walking distance of up to 1000 meters. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly. Breakfast is “continental”, everything is at a decent level.

The price/performance ratio is high, the front desk is very welcoming, the shower room is not bad, it is very big, and it is more comfortable to take a bath. The room type is not very good, not very ventilated. It's okay to stay for one night, but it is not recommended to stay consecutively for many days.
