Bathrooms with fungus, the double suite is actually two single beds joined together, the service is terrible and they do not provide solutions, we arrived at night and left in the morning to another hotel, because the smell and the hygiene did not allow us to stay, It is a scam, it is all very old and there is no elevator either, you go up stairs, the pool is without maintenance, do not go to this place for anything in the world.

This hotel is in the same location/structure as the old and luxurious Hotel Maria do Mar, but it closed or went bankrupt and they are now renting the rooms in terrible conditions. The scary reception... looks like an unfinished project, just a table where someone serves you without registering. Movement of people without the minimum security, including people who live (tenants) in the place.
We ended up sleeping because we arrived late for check-in and had no other option to sleep.
But honestly, what they can't do is make an affordable daily rate and present photos that aren't real.

The hotel is good value for money compared to other options in Floripa. The room is clean and cozy. However, of the three days I stayed, two of the days I had to take a cold shower. One day they claimed a break in the pump, which was fixed by night. In the other, again a cold shower and the justification was system maintenance. It is also worth noting that there were many mosquitoes in the room and some sockets with poor contact.

It was all very good. The location is good, comfortable room, beautiful view, but the internet didn't work during any of the four days I stayed. Furthermore, the room was not cleaned during our stay.
