Great place to stay while in Francistown. Not far from the bus rank and shopping centers. My only concern was that my booking was not reflecting on their system and i had to wait while they searched for it. Otherwise everything was great.

The facility is well positioned for business. There is need to ensure the standard of service at the dining for meals is top notch and meals available. Maybe outsource to SPURs or such if you can't do it. A facelift of the dining furniture and bar area would be good. You could relocate the public toilets for reception for accessibility. The swimming pool area needs to be completely clean to improve ambience.

I found Cresta Thapama Hotel to be convenient for business. The service is great and the rooms are comfortable. Service at the restaurant needs to be improved. Also, vegetarians not well catered for...

Room 406 could use some redo of the drainage on the shower but overall I’m happy with my stay here the rooms are modern style I love modern , the sheets were pure white I appreciate house keeping a lot for this I hope they maintain the standard. I hope to find the same. Standard next. Time. I recommend this place I only had fish I enjoyed. It . (Bream)

We decided to come and spend our Christmas in Botswana around mid year and we were impressed by your hotel as we were shopping for where we could stay. Upon arrival, we were not disappointed. We really enjoyed our stay here.
