The hotel staff were extremely nice at check in and out. They also tried to be accommodating when we asked for pen an paper. However the stay was supposed to include pool access, which it did not. As well as continental breakfast, which was simply a jar of cereal, frozen sausage or eggs an a few bagels. There was only bananas for fruit an not many, first come first serve it seemed. They also had a very outdated waffle batter machine that would probably be very health questionable.. Our room was comfy, however the dirty qtip we saw next to the couch as soon as we walked in and the giant cobwebs in the corner were a little off putting.. After being in the area we probably wouldn't be back unless it was the last option..

The hotel seemed older but it was renovated recently. The room was clean and bed was very good. We had a couple minor issues: the conditioner bottle was empty. They no longer just leave a travel size bottle in the room. You have to have someone replace the bottle on shower wall. Also, The ice machine on our floor was not working. The signage was worded like that the was the only machine. We found another near the breakfast area. Breakfast was very good and diverse offerings. Plenty to do in downtown Freeport, especially outlet shopping and eating.

Great hotel. Would definitely return. Spotless room with all the amenities one could want. Didn’t realize there was a pool so will bring the trunks next time. The included breakfast was top shelf and the coffee was extremely good. Everything from blueberry muffins to scrumptious egg sandwiches. This place is a jewel.

We received a friendly welcome when we arrived at this newly-renovated hotel. The hotel is conveniently located to downtown Freeport and its attractions. Zack, at the reception desk, was pleasant and friendly. Our room and the common areas of the hotel were neat and clean. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the simple but delicious breakfast which was included in the hotel rate. We found this hotel to be a great value and would definitely stay again. Hint: the heat in our room was not controlled by the wall thermostat. Rather it was controlled directly by the heater unit itself. It might be the same in your room.

Renovated 7 weeks ago! Great spot and good value. Rooms are very nice and the bathrooms are spotless! The staff are top notch! We had a minor key card issue and they were super helpful! If you enjoy some white noise while sleeping, ask for a room on the interstate side. If you are a light sleeper, ask for a room on the entrance side. We will stay here again!

L’hôtel est en rénovations. La piscine est fermée. Pas de petit déjeuner inclus comme prévu lorsque nous avons réservé. Vous pouvez aller déjeuner au restaurant Sunrise cafe à 3 minutes de marche de l’hôtel, c’était excellent! Plusieurs débris traînent ici et là dans la cour et les corridors de l’hôtel, mais nous ca ne nous a pas dérangé étant donné que notre chambre était terminée et très propre. Tout est neuf, au goût du jour. Lit très confortable. Je retournerais à cet hôtel sans hésiter, bien situé pour visiter les environs et manger dans de bons restaurants. Par contre, si le bruit de l’autoroute vous dérange n’allez pas là, car ce dernier passe juste derrière l’hôtel.
