This hotel has many convenience store a 2 minute walk to the train station. The staff are very friendly and can speak English. The buffet was good and it was International/Japanese food.

深谷駅から近いので立地はいい。ただ駅周辺にスーパーなどの施設がないのでそこは不便。朝飯のクオリティはご愛嬌。

It is close to the station, and the rooms have individual air conditioning so you can set the environment to your liking. The shower curtain in the room has some issues.

The wait staff and cleaning staff in particular had excellent manners. I have stayed at many hotels of the same class, but this one is definitely at the top level.
The large communal bath is small, but clean and nice. It relieved my fatigue.
The breakfast was also delicious. The boiled hijiki seaweed was good.
It would be even better if they provided free bottled water.
