Hotel location is good. However, we could see hair of previous guests on the bedsheet and in the toilet. Also, the hotel staff is not attentive enough which is not same as other Japan hotel staff.

Very clean, spacious, just 1 block away from Hakata station very convience. Staff are friendly, sure will stay again next time. Thumbs up.

Very close to Hakata Station Exit East. A very nice location to enjoy the night in Hakata. In case of driving tourist, a car park space is just outside the hotel. The Mocha and chocolate reserved in lobby is exceptionally nice. Whilst the room is neat and tidy, the price is relatively cheap in Japan. Recommend !

The whole experience was great! However, only 2 washing machines & dryers in the laundry, I have to queue up for about an hour for drying my clothes. The location is very convenient. It only takes 3-5 mins to Hakata Station.

Good location and facilities. Premium soap, shampoo and conditioner. Good mattress and comfy bed. Certainly come back here for Fukuoka trip.

Room size is really good. Bathroom is great. Room is stylist. Choose the healing room with massage chair which is great after a long day of sightseeing. love this hotel

Very convenient location as 5 mins walk from Hakata station. Lawson nearby hotel too Has coffee machine in the lobby for us to have a free cuppa ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Forza hotel never fails to disappoint. The lobby has a machine with nice hot chocolate. The size of the room and toilet is very decent. We enjoyed the small massage gadget in the room!
