先説説服務：入住前一天就有管家邢宇聯繫我，然後詳細告知如何從機場坐大巴到酒店。到了酒店後門口馬上有服務員幫忙拎行李，前台陳經理非常熱情的辦理了入住。入住後有任何問題都可以找管家，包括如何去雪場，寄快遞，我們離開時忘了東西在酒店，他馬上安排寄回。絕對是五星級的服務。然後説説酒店本身，房間比較大，兩張135cm的床適合我們帶個孩子的家庭出遊。酒店和威斯汀是連着的，有雪屋，直接可以去雪場，非常方便。

酒店地理位置確實不錯，步行去小鎮中心滑雪也不遠，5分鐘左右的路程。
環境：環境絕對無敵美景
服務：酒店服務非常滿意，五星好評，還有管家貼心服務。
衞生：酒店衞生也還可以。
設施：重中之重就是要説一下酒店設施了。
第1 酒店的房間地板有部分地方輕微鼓起來，腳踩上去感覺還是很明顯。
第2 酒店的3062號房間，淋浴房的玻璃門無法擋住淋浴的水不溢出到廁所其他地方，不注意就會水漫金山。
第3 洗澡時的水温也不穩定，我們入住了三天，都出現了水温不穩定，忽冷忽燙，這裏不是熱，是燙，因為本人在入住第二天的晚上7.8點淋浴時，被突如其來的燙水燙到了腹部，還好問題不大，冷水敷一下就好了。本來以為可能當時是洗澡高峯用水量大，不曾想入住的第三天晚上11點淋浴，還是出現了忽冷忽燙的情況。詢問了其他家人，3070號房間也有同樣的情況發生，3077號房間沒有這樣的情況。不幸中的萬幸是孩子們都在浴缸泡澡。沒有淋浴，不然後果不敢想象，隨後向管家反映了這個情況。管家的處理方式還是比較及時，可惜退房時沒管家不在，沒機會當麪溝通解決這個問題。非常惋惜。
