The location is good. It's close to most everything in Fuzhou. The service is hit and miss. We easily checked in and the desk staff were helpful. The concierge was also very helpful. We stayed two nights and didn't get a full room cleaning between nights which is not like a normal Hyatt. (the hotel wasn't crowded at all) The room also wasn't overly comfortable. There are very few outlets, the overhead rainshower was terrible, and the general room layout made it feel cramped. At night, the hallways were loud as well, likely because so many people were placed on the same floor. For the price, I don't think we will stay there again. I would assume there are other better options, likely cheaper.

I stayed here to attend an event which took place in the hotel. It is located in a newly developing area in Changle district of Fuzhou city. Development is still going on so there are lots of barely finished constructions and the roads are broad and very quiet. It is convenient staying here if you have something to do in this area or want to stay in a nice hotel close to the airport (only 25 mins drive). It is 60 kms (1 hour by car) from here to Fuzhou city with its tourist attractions, so as a tourist you may prefer to stay closer to the city centre. The hotel is very modern and newly opened. It offers all the facilities you expect from a five-star-hotel. My room was very nice and spacious. Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant every morning and is mainly Chinese style, but toast and croissants were on offer, too. It would be great if they had somebody on duty any time who can communicate with guests who do not speak Chinese.

The room facilities are good and new. The location is close to the South Station and there are shops nearby. It is a convenient location. There is an underground parking lot. It seems that there are not many people parking and there is enough space. The only drawback is that the slippers in the room are very hard and not disposable. I asked the hotel to bring back a disposable one, but the quality was not good, especially as it looked like it had been used, and the inside was still dark. The hotel should improve this area. The hotel is very special and full of design style. The service at the front desk is great, the room is very simple, but the slippers and toiletries provided are very high-end, even better than some star-rated hotels. There are also many kinds of breakfast. A stay experience, highly recommended. Just when I checked out, there was a younger brother at the front desk who seemed to be not very skilled in business. He opened an invoice for a long time, but it was not done yet. Finally, I asked Xiao Cheng to help me deal with it.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, but it's close to the South Railway Station and the price is affordable. It's less than a thousand yuan during the Spring Festival. It should be the most cost-effective among the five-star hotels in Fuzhou! The room is large and the bathroom is spacious. Although the decoration is a bit old-school, it still has a luxurious feel... However, the temperature in Fuzhou was below 10 degrees for two nights. The hotel does not turn on the air conditioning. It is much colder in the room than at home in Shanghai 😓 Contact the front desk The report said that a heater would be sent, but I didn't see it until I checked out...

Overall, the stay experience this time was very good! The lady at the front desk was very welcoming and the whole check-in process was very smooth. 1. Hygiene: The hotel is clean and tidy, and the rooms are new; 2. Service: The service attitude is very good; 3. Facilities: I went to the fitness center. I was exhausted after running for 10 minutes. There is also a yoga room next to it. The swimming pool is very nice to take pictures! ! ! 4. Environment: The environment is very new and really good. The swimming pool is really beautiful! ! ! It is very suitable for a trip with girlfriends. If you come to Fuzhou next time, you will go here to experience it. Time is too short.
