Booked as a birthday 🎁 treat for my friend and very impressed. Noted dietary requirements and delicious food served impeccably by friendly without being over the top staff. The decor was beautiful tastefully festive and the food was delicious 😋. The champagne 🥂 was enjoyed as was the hot drinks with as many refills as liked. It was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon before the Christmas festivities and look forward to a return visit in the not to distant future

I went with two friends and we had the three course festive menu. The food was outstanding, every course was delicious. The service impeccable. Lovely atmosphere in the restaurant. Decorations splendid. We all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves so thank you.

We held are daughter s wedding on 7 th December we cannot thank all the staff for making the day so special from start to finish. We would like to give a special mention to Dan who was absolutely amazing he couldn’t have done anything more to make the day go so smoothly nothing was to much trouble. We couldn’t thank him enough for making it such a special day. Also thank you so much to Bernard another member of your team that went out of his way to help to make such a fantastic day

Travelled from Scotland for a funeral service. Stayed here for two nights and the hotel was the venue for the after service wake. Staff were outstanding and so friendly, efficient and kind. Hotel stay was sector leading- the lady who served us breakfast both mornings who called us both ‘dahling’ needs a statue build of her on the promenade… she made a sad occasion a celebration of life. Fully of optimism and energy! Food delicious, rooms excellent, location outstanding. Staff made it though… please keep up the great work. Monarch of the Glen

We’ve stayed there a few times before and always liked it. Unfortunately it’s definitely not what it used to be. We were in suite directly above dining room. Very noisy. Chairs being pulled backwards forwards at tables from 7am daily. We asked receptionist if there was another room. She said nothing that night. We were there 3 nights but she never offered to check the remaining 2 nights. My husband decided to have a bath. Bath wasn’t clean. The bathroom floor seemed dusty in places. Carpet wasn’t hoovered properly. We noticed fluff etc on our arrival which was still there when we left. We always enjoyed the food previously. This time we were very disappointed. Breakfast wasn’t near the standard it used to be. Sad to see another beautiful hotel not being run as it used to be. Doubt we will be back now.

Pleasant stay in Lytham
The check in and overall service was good.
Helpful staff.
Wonderful and plentiful breakfast. Just a shame that we got two double rooms overlooking the car park and the top of other buildings. Not the best but it does seem to be a thing when booking with ******* related companies...is this true - I don't know.
I paid the higher price for the double room (£185) as it was special visit for the family, otherwise, I would not have done so - there are lots of other places to stay but this was a good hotel to choose.

Lovely location! The rooms and service not great.
The hotel is very expensive, it is however in an excellent position close to amenities. The fiixtures and fittings are very dated and the service leaves much to be desired.! I found the receptionist quite rude on check in and the bar staff are too busy chatting amongst themselves to serve customers. Towards the end of the evening we were made to feel we wee overstaying our welcome (at about 10.30) I was just overall disappointed with the stay.

Great location but tired and needs refurb.
It's a great location but this hotel isn't just tired, it's ready to check in to any of the numerous care homes nearby itself. The whole place feels like it needs a good clean. From the extensive dust on the top of the rotating doors to the stains on carpets in room, doors falling of cupboards and water stains on the walls (and we were staying in their most expensive room called the Chairman). This old dame needs some TLC not only to justify the prices but to keep herself breathing independently.
