We booked the deluxe double room. We love the bath. Breakfast was OK.

Really enjoyed our stay in the hotel. It is walking distance to the day & night market so it was very convenient. Making ourcwayvto the beach was easy too. The hotel is quiet and the staff are friendly. We had nice walks around the hotel and enjoyed everything about the hotel and whatever is around it. Had a great chill holiday in Gangneung.

Well located hotel on many bus routes, around 30 mins walk to the rail station and bus station. Room was clean and large. Staff were friendly and spoke English. We were unable to do laundry because we were informed this required at least 2 days (but there is a cheap launderette around 10 mins walk away).

Good location hotel! It’s located near the train station and city area. Although a bit away from the beach, you can always call a taxi to bring you out! Hotel room is bigger than expected, quite comfortable. Receptionist can speak English. They were also nice to keep our luggages for us after checkout.

Great service, location, and family nice and spacious room. However for the price charged, this hotel severely lacks in facilities and amenities, compared to other lesser starred or more economical hotels.

Hotel is about 5 mins drive from Central train station. Helpful and curteous staff spoke fluent English. Allocated room has a 16 metres long glass window provided great parabolic view. Room was clean and facilities are great.

The room is quite big, with a nice view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The hotel is very clean and quiet. Although it is not on the Gangneung beach, it is very convenient for eating and shopping because it is in the city center. It is also not far from the train station and the bus station. Lotte Cinema has just opened across the road, and Homeplus and CGV are a 10-minute walk away. There are also buses to Jeongdongjin and the beach nearby. The front desk is also very friendly.
