酒店高風景很好，樓下就是萬象城週末很熱鬧，吃喝玩樂都很方便樓下全都可以解決，工作人員也很有禮貌服務不錯。

入住體驗很不錯，酒店的人員都很有禮貌，説話很温柔很專業，客房大姐送東西也迅速也很禮貌。房間比較新，可以語音控制開關電視、空調、窗簾。停車場很大，錄車牌就能自由進出，很方便。周邊就是萬象城，還有一個公園，環境不錯的，吃飯和出行都方便。

設施：很陳舊需要換新了…
衞生：很糟糕牆上臟兮兮，感覺清潔不乾淨
環境：外面烏煙瘴氣，裏面除了智能家居看起來不錯，但是設施很低級，房間很小
服務：一言難盡，前台小姐姐不是很熱情但是看起來挺温柔，説是給我們升級實際上並沒有…我就不知道為啥要説升級這樣的話…

酒店就位於贛州章江新區的市中心，附近門市林立，有各款不同的美食，出行非常方便，離贛州的萬象城商場也非常的近，去贛州的幾個主要景點衹需要20多分鐘的車程。前台57號小姐姐很有禮貌，服務熱情周到，酒店工作人員都很熱心也很禮貌。酒店還有免費的自助洗衣，非常貼心。房間內部設施維護到位，迷你吧的飲料都是免費的，房間還有小麻花和大白兔奶糖免費提供。房間樓層很高，基本都在40樓以上，大堂在55層，不管是使用早餐還是從房間看外面，風景都很棒。總之，體驗很不錯。

香江文華酒店真是我住過的最棒的酒店之一！酒店大堂在55樓，購物出行都特別方便！樓下萬象城簡直是小吃街一條龍服務。
裝修風格也可以，沒有那種剛裝修的味道。被子超級舒服，已經找員工問了同款。房間有智能管家很先進，可以播放音樂，可以操控窗簾電視還有燈。
工作人員積極熱情。態度很好，有求必應。大堂還有工作人員給我們遞熱毛巾，倒茶水。服務很nice！來遊玩的這兩天，剛好撞上大晴天，看到了絕美日落。誰懂啊，絕絕子。下次來贛州玩，我一定還會選擇這裏！
