Hotel Eden Garda

This is the third time my friend and I have stayed at Eden Garda and we'll be back! The entrance area with its plants and flowers is welcoming. The rooms are comfortable and attractive, everywhere is spotless, the food is excellent and most importantly, all the staff are wonderful.

Excellent family run hotel. Staff are superb, really friendly and helpful. Good variety of food to choose from and it is delicious. Rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Pool and hot tub are clean and there are plenty sunbeds to use. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

Fantastic clean and friendly hotel. Great staff and superb food, lots of variety and verytasty. Amazing rooftop terrace with hot tub with stunning views. Bar prices were not too expensive. Our week was amazing, used the local free shuttle bus and central to various places.

Just back from 7 nights stay at the Hotel Eden Garda! It was our 1st visit to Lake Garda and we had a great time, its now on our returns list for the future. After a fair bit of research we opted for Garda as a base and Hotel Eden Garda as a place to stay. We weren't disappointed! At first we didn't understand why the hotel had such high ratings but after 24 hours we understood! Situated about a kilometre from the centre, down a gentle hill and taking no more than 15-20 mins to walk, it is nicely positioned for great views over the lake and a peaceful place to stay. The hotel provides a free "bus" service to/from the centre at certain times of the day, but the walk both ways is not difficult to be honest. There are 2 gems to this hotel: the food and the staff. Both are of the highest standards. Evening meals are varied and freshly prepared to order - you order your choices for the evening during breakfast. They comprise 5 courses, if you opt for them, and why not!! Complementary drinks with dinner is welcome additional touch. Sunday is "gala" night with a special menu and entertainment by the pool. The restaurant staff are excellent in every way. Every member of the team was friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble. Whilst our room was not the biggest, it was adequate, clean, comfortable, plenty of storage, balcony etc. Great night's sleep each night!! Garda is a great location to be based, easy to get to all the many interesting points around the lake, either by boat of bus. One thing to be aware of if you are using the bus service, the queues and timing! Buses are often late or cancelled! There is no concept of queuing in the area, so when the bus arrives expect a scrum!! To all the staff at Hotel Eden Garda, many thanks for making our stay so good and memorable. I'm sure that we'll be back!!

Return visit to Eden Garda A small comfortable Italian Hotel about 1 mile gently uphill walk from Lake although Hotel offers a free courtesy bus. The strength of the Hotel is its staff and Family Management so friendly helpful and attentive in all areas The number of returning guests speaks for itself. Garda itself is a great centre for seeing every part of the Lake a bustling yet safe feeling town

An amazing time! Lovely views from the rooftop, nice whirlpool and swimming pool, and well-kept, fresh bedrooms with friendly and accommodating staff who are always ready to help. We'd specifically like to mention Anna, who was so nice and made us feel welcome always and was so nice to talk to, though everybody was lovely. The hotel is a short walk (about 15 minutes) into Garda and on the way are some lovely, family-run restaurants. However the Hotel also does a fantastic breakfast and dinner if you prefer to stay near your room. There is a shuttle service to the train station and from there you can see many sights around; Hotel Eden makes any desire to explore easy and pain-free. We highly recommend this hotel; you won't regret staying here.

We travelled to this beautiful part of the world to experience Garda having heard so many great reviews,we loved the hotel especially the friendliness of the staff, it is second to none, they go above & beyond to help with anything the hotel is immaculate in every area,the food had mixed reviews from my non veggie husband & I, the staff tried to accommodate my tastes as best possible without me being too fussy,the bus that runs several times a day to the local bus depot is handy,in our opinion it would suit to have a midnight run if possible, as the last one is 23.00 / 11.00 pm being social on holiday is what we are thier for,with dinner being from 7.30-9.00 no buses run in these times,you either walk (in temperatures of 30 degrees or wait till 9.00) walk home or get a taxi costing 15 euro for a 5 minute journey,we would love to come back in the near future & highly recommend this family run hotel

We would definitely return to this hotel. The service, food and cleanliness are all superb. The staff can’t do enough for you. The rooftop whirlpool with amazing views is lovely to relax in after a day exploring the beautiful Lake Garda. The hotel run a bus down to the town and back if you don’t fancy the leisurely 20 min walk.
