Used to catch an early morning flight at LGW South. For that it is perfect although the pedestrian walk signs to the hotel are not clear. With a bag it took me approx. 10 min. The staff was nice, the room big and quietly located but a bit worn out. The surrounding is typical for an airport hotel.

It was a business trip turned to an emergency case.. The hotel was an accessible point between the airport and the hospital The manager was very helpful and sympathetic with our case... Reserving the room according to our day to day need. However, rates of the hotel increased accordingly to the supply which was not controllable by the manager.

Clean, quiet and great sized room. A little expensive for what it is but all the Gatwick hotels seemed overpriced. Walkable to the South terminal (around 10 mins) but not easy to find the best walking route from the terminal car park when dark - some signs at the car park building may be helpful. Bar closes a little early too.

The staff were friendly and one of the cleaners offered to take one of my suitcases to the elevator for me. The gym was a good size, although the elliptical trainer didn't work; the treadmill was fine. There is adequate space for a few people to do a HITT workout with some limited free weights. One of the reasons I booked my stay there is because it advertised a sauna and upon arrival I was informed this was the not the case. I was told that this was a *********** issue and that the hotel had never had a sauna. I think it would be a great asset to any hotel. It's the only reason I gave the rating of 4 out of 5 stars for facilities. The walk to the South terminal was easy and within a 10 minute walk. Coolest vending machine I've ever seen in the lobby of a hotel, just in case you needed some USB cables or international plugs. Such a great idea for a hotel! I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is walking distance from the airport. But the walk is along a narrow road that isn’t that we’ll lit at night. However shuttle service to the airport is available

Good hotel

The room is very close to the airport! Go there when you see the Hilton and parking signs! Just follow the pedestrian sign! The front desk staff is very friendly! The room is cleaner than the Yamato in Hong Kong! The plane arrived very early, and the hotel staff let me check in early, I am very grateful!
