Genting Highlands Hotels with Bars

We couldn't get First World so tried here. We arrived around 1230PM to pre check in at counter and store baggage. Back at 3PM to check in with the self check in kiosk and it was chaotic everybody facing bugs with the machine. In the end all have to queue up at counter to wait for check in. Took us 30min to check in with communication difficulty as their English not that fluent, the lift can't fit many people too, easily overweigh. The room isn't bad, but the blankets and bed sheets etc got slight stains and very dusty with no proper area to hang towels clothes etc. The small fridge isn't cooling either. The distance to walk from hotel to mall and back is quite tiring too, tho enjoying the chills during walk isn't bad. Overall average rating I'll say, can stay.

Very nice customer service and reception in the hotel. At first there was a booking ID confirmation issue when we check in the hotel, but the staff has solved it quickly and effectively. Nice work and highly recommended. Nice morning view from hotel room☺️

The quilt is very poor, I dare not cover it, and the quilt and towel feel dirty. Hygiene: so-so,

Beautiful and clean hotel, with friendly staffs! Booked the deluxe room with balcony and I have nothing bad to say. The view and design is nice, room is equipped with Smart TV. There’s laundry machine and coway water refill outside at the public area too. Location is close to all the restaurants/coffeeshops (walking distance). Do note that parking is not free. All in all, an excellent experience!

1st time staying in Ion d'Lement, nice unit with 3 rooms and lovely price on Thursday night. Spacious apartment, TV with limited channels, wifi, clear procedure to check-in and out. Mineral water provided, comfy bed, warm indoor swimming pool, pool towels provided, food & restaurant available at the same floor. Colder weather than Gohtong Jaya. Will return.. and check out the evening and morning from the unit!

This is a new building (M3) under Ion Majestic. The rooms are clean and spacious but not yet fully furnished. However, the strong smell of renovation is noticeable throughout, and the hotel lobby toilet has an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the water flow in the room toilet is slow. Overall, it’s a decent hotel. There is a shuttle bus service to the theme park at hourly intervals, but it needs to be booked and paid for separately for each trip. I suggest reconsidering the 5-star rating, as the hotel does not yet meet that standard.
