Hotel is nice.. location strategic and easy to find foods near the hotel.. got massage, convenient stall, mamak, atm, chinese food & etc..everything is easy

Room standart big enough for 2, the room and bathroom clean and hv nice smell. Location quite good. Amenities just hv soap/shampoo and shower cap

We tell them ahead of time that we want to cancel our booking and want a refund of 2 days bookings. But they refused. At least they should have give at 50% refund but nothing.

Grand Inn hotel@ Penang Road Location : strategic location, walking distance to most of the famous food stalls/eateries and attractions. Room : Comfy amd with window, Cleanliness & services : acceptable 3/5 The favourable aspecsts are good bathing water pressure and car parking space provided!
