Because it was my first time to use this app, I originally wanted to book a room with a view of the sea, but I made a mistake. I called and asked if I could change the room. If you don't answer the phone, you have a really bad attitude and look impatient. I didn't bother to say anything more. As for the room, the towels in the room may have used too much bleaching solution, and the white color has turned gray🙄. Moreover, the room has too many small ones and the air is not circulated. I hope the owner can pay attention to this serious problem.
